I've worked with Paul and his team to develop a relevant brand platform that would help YEP Africa get one step closer to the "entrepreneur" in Social Entrepreneurship.

YEP Africa - Brand platform & identity
The purpose of YEP Africa is to empower the youth to be the change and serve the world.
Empowering youth means creating and supporting the enabling conditions under which young people can act on their own behalf, and on their own terms, rather than at the direction of others.

STARTING POINT
YepAfrica is taking a more entrepreneurial approach to “Empowering the Youth to be the Change” and aims at empowering itself by becoming commercially self-sufficient (through developing and selling its own products and workshops). The current Brand language sends signals that are too often associated to traditional NGO’s and typical African help organisation.The aim of this exercise is to MOVE that perception FROM a one way charity organisation TO a dynamic two way social entrepreneurship agency.
Furthermore we will align the identity to this positioning by developing a Brand platform that will be Young, Proud & Engaged and a visual style that matches.

THE PLATFORM
After a workshop with Paul and his team, we had found YEP's new raison d'etre: Yeppiness. An attitude and a way of life that encompass everything that YEP represents.
